Again thanks for passing on the important message that steam needs to be up and running before running SKSE. Some of the deleted ones I was able to figure out later and found them on Nexus. Arggg, It messed up my present game and there was no way to figure out just which mods were deleted and some of those that were no longer subscribed were no longer on the Workshop. i started Skyrim from within NMM and selecting SKSE, but since I didn't notice that I was no longer logged in to Steam it loaded the data files and messed up my mods with updates and deselecting serveral mods and deleting others. Start steam first because recently Steam had an update and for some unknown reason to me it didn't log me back in afterwards. As I have said before when lots was having trouble when mods were limited to 50 awhile back I had no problems with my game. I would like to personally thank you for always reminding people to start Steam before launching Skyrim. Otherwise Steam will use the default launcer instead. Make sure that Steam is already open, before starting the game trough SKSE. Start a new save (recommended) or load an old save. Click add a mod in your mod manager and choose the archive you made. Install it and always run your game trough SKSE launcher for now on. 7z with a file structure like Deadly Mutilation.zip > Data >.
